The best well known qualifications are still Cambridge CELTA and Trinity CertTESOL but you can find some good quality courses with a similar content as well. Make sure that your course involves at least 100 hours of input and 6 hours of teaching practice with plans to teach in Europe.

Spain Travel

In most Spanish TEFL destinations it is fairly easy to get around with the metro in Madrid and Barcelona being amongst the most efficient in the world. Living costs have gone up since the introduction of the Euro but it is still a lot cheaper than the U.K. Also: not as much need to spend all your hard earned teaching money; the simple combination of sun, some tapas and a beer are nearly priceless anyway.
